Rise School of Real Estate
At the Rise School of Real Estate we offer the 60 hour pre-license course. You may enroll and start at anytime as we are a continuous school. The course can be completed in as little as six months; students may take up to a year if needed.
Classes are taught here at the main office located at 3603 South Memorial Parkway in Huntsville on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. We also have an office located at 230 Hughes Road in Madison and classes are taught there on Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. Classes range from three to four hours long. The total cost is $378.00, including books.
We also offer a 30 hour post-license course. The total cost for this course is $190.00.
All exams are take home, except the final. The final must be taken before your year is up. Students must make a 75 or better on the final exam before taking the state exam. Once you pass our final you may schedule with H & R Block to take the state exam. Cost for the state exam is currently $69.00.
